Custom Items



All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes products with custom names, graphics, or designs made specifically for you. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.



Returns & Exchanges



We only accept returns or exchanges on non-custom, non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.


To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace or correct the issue at no additional cost to you.


Cancellations 

 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun on your custom item. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
